Role Overview

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Slough site. This role is part of the broader HR team and provides strategic HR support to client groups of up to 300 employees. You will build strong relationships to understand their evolving needs and ensure HR initiatives align with their business priorities.

What you will do

  • Provide expert advice to leaders on HR policy, employment law, and employee relations
  • Partner with site leadership to drive initiatives that improve team and individual effectiveness
  • Review and enhance HR policies and systems for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services to deliver high-quality support and mentor team members
  • Lead local HR projects and contribute to global initiatives
  • Align headcount budgets and efficiency targets with senior leaders and Finance
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, fostering a positive work environment
