We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Beauty Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador on counter – delivering personalised service, sharing your skincare expertise, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at all times
- Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare
- Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally
- Drive retail sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets
- Engage customers through product demonstrations, storytelling and tailored recommendations
- Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain high standards of counter presentation in line with brand expectations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and high-performing environment
