What you will do:

  • End-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across the full software lifecycle
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM architectures
  • Own and manage Azure DevOps pipelines, ensuring robust CI/CD practices
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments
  • Manage solution lifecycle including versioning, patching, and release governance
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
  • Ensure adherence to DevOps, ALM, and coding best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and deployment issues

What we are looking for:

  • Dynamics 365 CRM (Senior-Level Expertise)
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Advanced customization and configuration: Entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, business process flows
  • Strong development experience:
  • C# plugins and custom workflow activities
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Dataverse Web API / SDK
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Solution management (managed/unmanaged)
  • Solution layering, segmentation, and version control
  • Power Platform
  • Expertise in Power Apps (Model-driven and Canvas apps)
  • Power Automate (complex flows and orchestration)
  • Power Pages (portal design, authentication, and security models)
  • Strong Dataverse data modelling and governance experience
  • Azure DevOps & CI/CD
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Azure DevOps: Repos, Boards, Pipelines, and Artifacts
  • Design and maintenance of YAML-based pipelines
  • Experience running and optimising pipelines, including: Build automation, Release pipelines, Multi-stage deployments
  • Implementation of CI/CD for Dynamics 365 solutions using: Power Platform Build Tools, PAC CLI
  • ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
  • Strong experience implementing Azure DevOps ALM strategies: Branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow), Environment strategies (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod)
  • Automated solution promotion across environments
  • Dependency and release management best practices
  • Build, Release & Automation
  • Automating: Solution export/import, Environment provisioning, Configuration/data migration
  • Managing deployment pipelines with approvals and rollback strategies
  • Experience with configuration migration and data seeding
  • Data & Integration
  • Strong knowledge of: Dataverse architecture and data modelling, Data migration strategies
  • Integration experience using: REST APIs and web services, Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and access control
  • Quality, Testing & Monitoring
  • Experience with: Automated testing approaches (unit/UI testing), Pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Performance tuning and optimisation of CRM solutions
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Proven ability to lead technical design and delivery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience mentoring developers and promoting DevOps culture

Desirable Skills

  • Microsoft certifications (PL-600, PL-400, AZ-400)
  • Experience with Power BI integration
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (ARM/Bicep)
  • Exposure to AI Builder / Copilot capabilities
