Are you an innovative civil or structural engineer or consultant who is capable of agile, lateral thinking and enjoys developing a wide range of different technical and management skills to deliver exciting projects? We are looking for full time civil and structural engineers to join our recently established and growing team in our Sheffield office to lead a wide range of new build nuclear projects including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs and future fusion technologies. You will enjoy cultivating strong working relationships and developing your technical skills and management expertise to deliver outstanding results for our clients. You will be working a minimum of 3 days per week from a Power New Build office or client office.
Your experience in any of the following would be beneficial to the role but not all are required to apply:
- You have a relevant level of professional experience which could be derived from civil‑structural design and analysis (steelwork and/or reinforced concrete), research and development, project engineering or design consultancy.
- You can undertake and/or review the design of new building structures.
- You can work collaboratively from our offices and across our client sites to understand clients’ needs and deliver to time, cost and quality.
