What will you do around here?

  • Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
  • Partner with top‑tier senior stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
  • Host hiring events and manage end‑to‑end recruitment projects
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process, including confidently offering and closing
  • Partner with technical sourcers to ensure a diverse pipeline of top‑tier technical talent

We’d love to chat with you if you have:

  • 4+ years of technical recruitment experience, in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ideally 1+ year of in‑house recruitment experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills and are detail‑orientated
