About this role

At Blacklane, we are building the future of sustainable chauffeur‑driven mobility. The Marketplace team plays a crucial role in providing chauffeur partners with the right offers to help them fill their schedules and grow their businesses. We are seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager to take ownership of this vital area, ensuring a seamless and optimized marketplace experience that supports our partners and guarantees guests a reliable and premium ride.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and execution of features that show tailored offers to our partners, allowing them to pick those that align with their preferences.
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end partner experience in the marketplace, from offer creation to selection.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver impactful product improvements.
  • Develop data-driven insights to identify opportunities that enhance the efficiency of our partner scheduling process and ensure no guest requests go unmet.
  • Prioritize the right projects that align with business goals, balancing partner needs with guest experience requirements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of partner behaviors and market dynamics to adjust the marketplace strategy and product roadmap.
  • Act as the main liaison between partners, product, and the wider business to ensure the marketplace achieves its goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, at least 2 years as a Senior Product Manager.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end product lifecycles and launching data-driven product improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Worked directly with Data Science or Machine Learning teams.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Bonus: experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B marketplace products.
