Helps more senior colleagues and professional colleagues with the development, implementation and management of risk management and insurance programs that accurately address difficult client needs. Works with more senior colleagues and professional colleagues to develop and maintain effective long term relationships with key client decision makers through regular meetings and liaison to improve client relationships. Serves as resource for more senior colleagues and professional colleagues to help them gain an understanding of the client’s business, risk management and insurance needs to better serve clients. Supports the implementation of renewal and broking strategies and appropriate account retention and defense strategies in accordance with instructions received from more senior colleagues and professional colleagues. Helps more senior colleagues and professional colleagues with the development of additional business from their existing portfolios and with the acquisition of new business. Supports more senior colleagues and professional colleagues with the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients. Cultivates an understanding of new technologies and capabilities of the Company and a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance to better assist more senior colleagues and professional colleagues. Ensures invoices and related policy accounting documentation, quotations and placing slips, premiums and adjustment calculations, drafts certificates of currency, and all other documentation are processed in a timely and accurate manner to better serve clients.
