As a Senior Research Analyst, DTC EMEA & UK, you will play a key role within the Disney+ Direct to Consumer (DTC) team, supporting the growth of one of The Walt Disney Company’s most exciting entertainment services. If selected for this role, you will report into the Senior Manager, DTC EMEA & UK. Disney+ brings together an unparalleled collection of storytelling across Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic. The Disney+ team is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, spanning marketing, customer acquisition and retention, partnerships, content programming, research and analytics.
This role will help the business deepen its understanding of customer needs, behaviours and attitudes, and how these drive Disney+ brand affinity, acquisition and retention. You will work collaboratively across Disney+ teams and with research partners to deliver high-quality, actionable insights that inform marketing effectiveness and strategic decision-making. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, four days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Lead the day-to-day management of the Disney+ EMEA pre- and post-campaign research programme, testing over 400 assets each year across static, audio and visual formats.
- Support the delivery of marketing effectiveness programmes, including brand tracking and positioning research.
- Partner closely with Disney+ Marketing and Creative teams, running quarterly reviews to share key learnings and inform future campaigns.
- Contribute to brand drivers analysis, helping identify key business KPIs and support commercial target setting.
- Share responsibility for ad-hoc insight and analysis requests across the wider research programme, working alongside analysts and coordinators.
- Collaborate with local market research teams across EMEA to ensure local nuance is reflected, while sharing best practice and consistent guidance.
- Work with global research colleagues to support the development of global initiatives, representing the EMEA perspective to ensure insights are relevant at both regional and global levels.
- Support the Senior Manager on ad-hoc strategic projects, including developing agency briefs, commissioning research and creating compelling debrief materials for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience using analytical and market research techniques, with strong expertise in quantitative tracking.
- Experience delivering campaign pre- and post-testing.
- Practical knowledge of research and analytics tools such as SPSS, Survey Reporter, TGI, Q and Qualtrics.
- Confidence presenting strategic, insight-led narratives to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple functions and with external partners.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint proficiency.
- Excellent numerical, analytical and research capability, with outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly collaborative.
- Clear, confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- A broad, thoughtful approach to problem solving, considering impact beyond immediate scope.
- A strong interest in the streaming landscape and marketing strategies.
