You will be instrumental in growing the GTM functions for Germany and France - we are looking for a German speaker for this role. AS A SENIOR RECRUITER AT SNOWFLAKE YOU WILL:

  • Own full lifecycle recruiting and be a business partner to your Hiring teams.
  • Conduct deep talent analysis and develop recruiting strategies that include sourcing, candidate engagement/advisement, and closing candidates with niche skill sets.
  • Recruit in a fast-paced and high-growth sales environment.
  • Be client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to client partners (hiring managers), a natural assessor of top talent.
  • Execute a recruiting strategy, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Be self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Use your consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as both a leader and member.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Build and utilize a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone/video conferencing and internet research.
  • Help build and manage talent brands externally.

OUR IDEAL SENIOR RECRUITER WILL HAVE:

  • 8+ years of experience with full-lifecycle technical recruiting in-house and/or with an agency focused on Go-to-market hiring.
  • Command of leveraging social media and other online and innovative methods to build the company’s talent brand and interest passive candidates.
  • A strong track record of closing tech talent.
  • A good network across the tech community.
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of Snowflake’s recruiting process.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

  • Greenhouse / Ashby ATS.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake domain.
  • Language skills in German & other languages.
  • Scaling a fast-growing GTM teams in EMEA.
