You will oversee the delivery of dashboard solutions, manage junior members of the team, and ensure all reporting products meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and analytical value.

Your role

  • Leadership in Data Modelling & Reporting: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust data models (including fact/dimension structures) supporting Power BI dashboards and reporting suites. Oversee the integration of cost, schedule, risk, change, scope, and quality data to produce a complete picture of project health.
  • Reporting Oversight: Lead the preparation and assurance of periodic and ad‑hoc reports, taking responsibility for their accuracy, consistency, and analytical quality. Drive the production of the monthly project review pack and present information to senior leadership where required. Establish reporting standards, templates, and governance processes to ensure consistent outputs across the project.
  • Team Management & Development: Manage, mentor, and support less‑senior team members, overseeing their workload and ensuring high‑quality delivery. Allocate tasks effectively, provide technical guidance, and support the development of team capability in Power BI, data modelling, and project controls reporting. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
