We’re looking for a skilled Product Solution Architect to join our Clio for Enterprise team. In this role, you’ll configure the Clio Operate platform to meet clients’ unique business needs, working closely with product managers and colleagues to build and configure accelerator solutions. The position requires strong communication, a consultative mindset, and the ability to solve problems proactively.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Configuration
- Design Review: Contribute to accelerator design artefacts.
- Configure accelerator solutions using low‑code modeller tools.
- Create data capture and workflows optimized for accelerator implementations.
- Develop custom data, UI, portals, and visualisations.
- Execute unit and E2E testing to ensure functionality.
- Promote best practices for scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Collaboration & Best Practices
- Collaborate with product managers, technical consultants, QA, and wider teams.
- Maintain design artefacts and documentation.
- Develop and share recommended configuration standards.
- Follow established processes within Linear and Confluence.
- Support governance frameworks for accelerators.
- Colleague & Client Support
- Provide support to colleagues, clients, and partners using accelerators.
- Assist with configuration changes and importing solutions.
- Support development of enablement materials and guidance.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Experience configuring business software on low‑code or configurable platforms such as Sharedo, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail; accuracy and quality are essential.
- Experience writing clear documentation for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Problem‑solving ability; quickly implement effective solutions.
- Commitment to 20% travel for office visits and meetings.
- Interest in using AI to improve craft.
