We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product + Portfolio Marketing team. This is a highly versatile, cross‑functional role designed for a strong generalist who thrives on variety. You’ll move fluidly across product launches and adoption, strategic ad‑hoc work, messaging and positioning across both Enterprise and Commercial segments, and integrated campaigns, plugging into the priorities that matter most as the business evolves. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, ABM, and the broader Marketing team to ensure our messaging lands, our launches drive sustained adoption and growth, and our priority areas get the attention they deserve. You’ll engage personas spanning data engineers and architects to data and AI leaders, CDOs, and CIOs. This is a full‑time position based out of our London office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in‑person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
- Product Launches, Adoption & Growth: Lead and contribute to product launches across the Fivetran portfolio, owning messaging, positioning, launch assets, and cross‑functional coordination from kickoff through post‑launch. Go beyond launch to drive adoption and growth, partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure new and existing capabilities get used, expanded, and renewed. Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
- Messaging & Positioning: Develop and refine messaging across products, use cases, and segments, with a particular focus on enterprise messaging as a company‑wide priority. Ensure our story is consistent across web, sales, campaigns, and analyst‑facing materials, and validate messaging with customers, sales, and the field.
- Strategic Projects & Cross‑Coverage: Step into high‑priority strategic projects as they emerge, including narrative development and coverage across the team as priorities shift. Operate as a true generalist, ramping quickly into unfamiliar areas and bringing structure to ambiguous problems.
- Campaigns & Channel Partnership: Partner with Demand Generation, ABM, and Digital teams to bring messaging to life across channels. Ensure regional relevance and channel fit across both EMEA and global programs.
- Sales Partnership & Enablement: Work closely with sales leaders and sellers globally to ensure messaging is adopted in the field, gather feedback from real customer conversations, and partner with enablement to deliver assets sellers actually use. Ground positioning in what’s happening in the field through ongoing research.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement. Align stakeholders on priorities, messaging, and timelines across multiple workstreams at once.
Skills We’re Looking For
- 5‑8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related GTM function, ideally at a B2B data or enterprise SaaS company.
- Demonstrated range across product launches, adoption and growth motions, messaging, campaigns, and strategic narrative work, with a track record of moving between workstreams without losing quality.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise and Commercial segments, plus working knowledge of channels like ABM, SEO/SEM, and demand generation.
- Ability to develop compelling outcome‑based narratives that connect technical capabilities to business value for both technical and executive audiences.
- Comfort working with Product to translate roadmap into customer‑facing value, and with Sales to ensure messaging is adopted and iterated on in the field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different personas, segments, and channels.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- A data‑driven mindset, comfortable using win/loss data, pipeline metrics, customer research, and content performance to inform decisions.
- Familiarity leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis, with a strong sense for when to use them and when human judgment is required.
- Familiarity with the modern data ecosystem, including data integration, cloud data warehouses, data lakes, and emerging AI and analytics use cases.
- Based in London, with comfort partnering across regions globally.
Perks and Benefits
- 100% employer‑paid medical insurance.
- Generous paid time‑off policy (PTO), plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave policy, holidays, and volunteer days off.
- RSU stock grants.
- Professional development and training opportunities.
- Company virtual happy hours, free food, and fun team‑building activities.
- Monthly cell phone stipend.
- Access to an innovative mental health support platform that offers personalized care and resources in areas such as therapy, coaching, and self‑guided mindfulness exercises for all covered employees and their covered dependents.
