The Role

Capco is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of user-centric digital products that drive meaningful change in financial services and energy. You’ll work across complex transformation programmes to create smooth, intuitive experiences from concept to delivery, increasingly leveraging AI to enhance user outcomes, decision-making, and personalisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate workshops and lead discovery activities to shape design strategies, including identifying opportunities on how to apply AI and automation to improve user experiences.
  • Translate user needs into concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs, including AI-assisted and data-driven interactions (e.g. recommendations, copilots, predictive flows).
  • Design intuitive interactions, ensuring clarity, explainability, and user control.
  • Oversee design delivery, managing roadmaps and timelines.
  • Build scalable, reusable design systems, including patterns for AI-driven components.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
  • Advocate for design quality, accessibility, and ethical AI use.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products across UX and UI.
  • Strong storytelling, research, and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe, and prototyping platforms.
  • Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with data science or ML teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity and working knowledge of AI in product design (e.g. generative AI, machine learning-driven features, or automation in UX workflows).

  • Background in behavioural psychology or human-centred research.
  • Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven products (e.g. chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, usability evaluation, and experimentation frameworks.
