Bacardi UK is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Operational Excellence across SCUK’s multi-site network, spanning whisky maturation, gin production, and bottling. You will shape TPM-based operating models and drive a culture of sustainable improvement on the shop floor.
Reporting to the SCUK Director, you will embed TPM, build leadership capability, and align improvement initiatives with global supply priorities while delivering measurable performance gains.
