In this role, you will lead engagements across the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, integration, carve-outs, and value creation initiatives. You will work with cutting‑edge software, SaaS, TMT (telecommunications, media, and technology), and tech‑enabled services businesses, helping clients unlock growth opportunities, optimize operations, and deliver strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Lead complex M&A engagements for private equity and corporate clients, with a focus on high-tech and software transactions.
- Manage operational, product, and technology due diligence efforts to assess market opportunities, risks, and value drivers.
- Deliver post‑merger integration (PMI) and carve‑out strategies, including operating model transformations, product strategy, and post‑sales operations optimization.
- Evaluate functional and technology investment strategies, comparing operating models and organizational structures against industry benchmarks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives, private equity deal teams, and operating partners, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee the execution of value creation initiatives, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational improvements for software and high‑tech companies.
