The Role

We are looking for a Global Senior Account Manager to partner with Sales and our in‑house creative team, Global Revenue Marketing, to develop, execute, and manage complex, multi‑platform media campaigns within all sales categories.

The Sales Strategy & Account Coordination team is committed to exceptional performance and business growth. We are a global team and you will be working closely with colleagues across all our 31 markets and all of our iconic titles.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage the lifecycle of a campaign, from brief, strategy creation, media plan generation and execution for all global media campaigns.
  • Create and maintain strategic, KPI driven media plans.
  • Serve as internal and external advertising campaign consultant, educating and advising sales teams, clients and agencies on products, services, solutions and media best practices across the business.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Digital Media Strategy, Production & Account Management, and Ad Operations to develop, execute and monitor campaigns across business channels for success.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our ad products and capabilities (i.e. video, social, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with local market counterparts.

About you:

  • 5+ years experience in advertising/media and/or agency planning/strategy.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the digital media landscape.
  • Ability to be agile and problem‑solve under pressure.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ideally, have previous experience working in a global team.
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders, e.g., clients and agencies.
  • Ability to work with a broad range of internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and perform independently as part of a team environment.
  • Highly personable with a collaborative spirit, someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, excited by challenges and proactive, always looking to make positive contributions and get involved.
