We’re looking for a practical, delivery-oriented Financial Systems Manager to own Cognism’s finance software stack, integrations and automation. You’ll be responsible for the finance systems that power core finance cycles including Quote-to-Invoice, Procure-to-Pay, Forecast-to-Budget, Hire-to-Retire, Compliance-to-Control and Asset-to-Depreciation. Our CRM is Salesforce and our ERP is NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and run the finance systems roadmap - design, implement and maintain systems and integrations.
- Lead vendor selection, implementation and integration projects.
- Automate core finance processes and build reconciliations between our CRM, ERP and other systems.
- Maintain data integrity, master-data governance and monitored integrations.
- Create requirements, specs, and run UAT; deliver training and documentation.
- Act as first-line escalation for system incidents and own release/upgrade cycles.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT/Engineering, RevOps, HR and external vendors.
Key Requirements
Must have:
- 7+ years hands-on experience managing finance systems in a SaaS environment.
- Strong NetSuite experience (configuration, integration, reconciliation) and Salesforce familiarity.
- Expertise with middleware/iPaaS and APIs.
- Technical fluency with data (SQL/CSV/transforms) and automation (scripting/RPA).
- Track record running vendor implementations and delivering cross-functional projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation and training skills.
Advantageous:
- NetSuite admin or consultant certifications.
- Experience with subscription billing, FP&A tools, HRIS and AP automation.
- Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or SOX experience.
