We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Management to partner with our Risk Intelligence Engineering leadership and shape how the organisation operates, scales, and delivers. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role—ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring clarity, structure, and pace to a growing engineering function.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own the operating model – establish leadership cadence, governance frameworks, and executive reporting
  • Lead financial strategy in partnership with Finance – budgeting, forecasting, cost optimisation, and vendor/commercial oversight
  • Shape workforce strategy – headcount planning, location strategy, and organisational design
  • Drive performance – define KPIs and deliver continuous improvement across processes and tooling
  • Enable senior decision-making – translate data into clear insights and executive-level communications
  • Deliver strategic initiatives – coordinate COO and enterprise priorities across Engineering

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Proven experience in a senior business operations, chief of staff, or operational leadership role within a technology or engineering environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and commercial/vendor governance.
  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, organisational design, and people operations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience driving transformation, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed organisation.
