About the Role: We are the global production partner for a well-known drinks brand. We’re looking for a talented Senior Integrated Producer, with experience in broadcast and content production to join our dynamic team here at WPP Production Worldwide for an incredible career opportunity. You will be managing the cross‑channel communications for the full portfolio of brands under this umbrella company, you’ll be integral to ensuring and building on the success of our partnership. This role requires a dynamic individual who takes charge! Responsible for overseeing all facets of integrated production, including scoping, concept development, budget management, scheduling, talent negotiations and payment, as well as overseeing shoots, editing, visual effects, music selection, and final delivery. They excel in cultivating and utilizing vendor partnerships to assemble the ideal team for each project's needs. Additionally, the Senior Producer collaborates closely with the digital, social, and experiential teams to ensure seamless integration of assets and content across various channels and at the end of the project to the client’s data store.

Reporting lines and key stakeholders: This role reports to the Group Executive Producer/Chief Production Officer. You will work closely with Account, Creative, Project Management, and Business Affairs departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing the creative concept and develop comprehensive production rationale with an innovation mindset.
  • Identify and nurture emerging talent across various disciplines, fostering positive relationships with production partners.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate production estimates, while coordinating and managing production schedules.
  • Facilitate pre‑production meetings, oversee production budgets, and ensure efficient project wrap‑up and asset management.
  • Provide expert guidance to agency stakeholders on content production matters, enhancing quality through creative and budgetary solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in filmmaking, photography, digital platforms, and formats, while effectively juggling multiple projects.
  • Mentor and support associate producers, and represent WPP Production in client‑facing situations.
  • Exhibit strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to navigating production challenges.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution, upholding fiscal responsibility, and ethical standards.
  • Comprehensive advertising acumen, including an understanding of strategies, platforms, and creative concepts.
  • Ability to bring innovative ideas to the table, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and understanding of music’s role in content enhancement.
  • Skilled in navigating contracts and financial/legal aspects associated with production, adaptable to the dynamic nature of production processes, and collaborative within a team environment.
