Overview of the role

Are you passionate about shaping how iconic brands connect with millions of consumers? At Procter & Gamble, we’re looking for a Senior Integrated Media Manager who will have end-to-end ownership of our Femcare portfolio, including leading brands such as Tampax, Always and Always Discreet, driving media excellence across the full consumer journey. In this role, you will lead the strategy and delivery of media plans that maximise our brands’ reach and influence across the category, turning engagement into meaningful purchase decisions. You will work at the heart of a multifunctional category team, combining deep media expertise with strong business acumen to maximise impact and deliver measurable results.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end media strategy and execution across all major channels, spanning the full funnel – from awareness to conversion, including retailer media.
  • Develop high-impact media plans by optimising budget allocation, channel mix, formats, and targeting in line with brand objectives.
  • Lead campaign execution, from ongoing activity to New Product Launches, ensuring seamless delivery and strong business results.
  • Manage and optimise live campaigns, monitoring performance and continuously improving against key KPIs.
  • Drive data-led decision making, conducting deep analysis to identify insights, trends, and optimisation opportunities across planning, targeting, and buying strategies.
  • Connect media performance to business outcomes, leveraging econometrics, test & learn approaches (A/B testing), and analytics to demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Own the media innovation agenda, building and executing a test-and-learn roadmap across channels, audiences, and tactics.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Managing and developing junior media planners/buyers, building their capabilities and coaching them on media excellence.
  • Acting as the bridge between business and media teams, translating complex media topics into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Influencing across all levels of the organisation, communicating effectively with both cross‑functional partners and senior leadership.

What we offer you

  • Meaningful work from Day 1: From Day 1, you’ll be working with some of the UK’s best loved brands. You’ll be given the space and opportunity to bring your experience, energy, and new perspectives to make a genuine impact right from the start.
  • Continuous Development & Empowering Culture: Our culture is built on a foundation of continually developing our people. At P&G, we offer a career, not just a job, and will empower you to become the best at what you do through continuous learning opportunities, a varied career path, and the opportunity to work alongside inspiring people.
  • Flexibility: We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our teams spend 3 days of their week collaborating in our offices. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home.

Head Office Location: This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and a free shuttle service from the station to the office. There is free on‑site parking with access to dedicated electric vehicle charging points. There is also an on‑site Costa Coffee, discounted restaurant for breakfast and lunch and a state‑of‑the‑art gym facility.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: P&G take a Total Rewards approach meaning on top of your salary, which is reviewed annually, you can expect a whole range of benefits. These include a generous Double Match Pension Scheme; Private Medical Insurance; P&G Contributed Share Programme; 25 Days’ Holiday, Onsite Gym, and your very own ‘Flex4Me’ Fund which enables you to allocate a portion of your benefits package to the areas that matter most to you.

Job Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience in media planning and buying, with exposure across digital and full‑funnel campaigns.
  • Proven ability to translate data and analytics into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
  • Leadership experience (direct or indirect), with a passion for developing others.
  • A test‑and‑learn mindset, with curiosity to explore new channels and approaches.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Right to work

For this role, you will need to provide your own, continuous (i.e. not time limited) right to work in the UK from Day 1 of employment without requiring sponsorship from P&G. P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment.
