The Commcise Professional Services/Implementation Team is dedicated to delivering our market-leading, cloud-based SaaS software to Asset Managers and Brokers worldwide. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead software implementations at top-tier investment companies, configuring the product to meet customer needs and managing the delivery process.

Key Accountabilities

  • Project manage software implementations, from pre-sales to final delivery
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders at clients
  • Work in conjunction with other members of the Professional Services and Client Services teams to deliver the full suite of Commcise products and services to clients
  • Work independently at times to coordinate and monitor delivery activities across multiple projects at once
  • Work with the Product Management Group on internal feature design, testing and sprint planning
  • Support clients in their ongoing usage of our software and help to define enhancement requirements
  • Providing product consulting support to Commcise Sales teams in the US and Europe

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Required:
  • 7+ years of demonstrable experience of customer-facing implementation, consulting, or project management roles (software implementation a bonus)
  • A growth mindset – we’re looking for someone who embraces challenges, is persistent, adaptable and responds well to constructive feedback
  • Evidence of strong working relationships with client stakeholders of varying seniorities and disciplines (across Technology and Business focused functions)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Ability to produce high-quality material solution summary documents, considering client needs and required deliverables
  • Strong organisational ability to balance various, multi-week projects, anticipate problems and task manage others
  • Strong understanding of general project management / governance approaches
  • Well-organised, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to produce clear, concise documentation in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Asset Management (not a pre-requisite); we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong delivery record and an ability to learn new concepts
  • Knowledge of SaaS technologies
  • Experience of workshop design / facilitation
