Who Are We? RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world’s most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions. We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft. RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview As a Senior Growth Manager based in London, you will own a portfolio of strategically significant accounts across the UK and Western EMEA, driving revenue retention and growth for some of the most commercially important relationships in the region. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will operate with full autonomy from day one: leading your own growth plans, managing executive-level client relationships, and executing across the full account lifecycle without co-management. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams across Growth, Analytics, and Operations to launch and optimize campaigns, surface performance insights, and translate data into decisions that move the business. You will report to the EMEA Growth lead and collaborate with a lean, senior team that moves fast and holds itself to a high standard. This role sits at the heart of RZR’s EMEA strategy. The region manages a combined book of over $110K DRR across 30+ accounts, with a strong new business pipeline, and we need a senior operator who can own a meaningful portion of that portfolio independently and grow it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Retention & Growth
    • Drive net growth to meet or exceed revenue targets across your assigned portfolio
    • Identify and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while actively managing churn risk and re‑activation plays
    • Drive product adoption and expansion to increase revenue quality and account depth
    • Proactively surface client needs and gaps to inform both account strategy and commercial planning
  • Client Ownership & Strategy
    • Lead account retention and growth plans with a multi‑quarter forward view and clear, measurable milestones
    • Build strong client relationships at all levels, from performance marketers to C‑suite stakeholders
    • Use QBRs and strategic sessions to drive progress, deepen engagement, and secure long‑term commitment
    • Communicate product capabilities and market changes in ways that are clear, compelling, and directly relevant to each client’s business
    • Provide market insights and best practices that position RZR as a strategic partner, not just a vendor
  • Campaign Management & Performance Insights
    • Work with internal teams to launch, execute, and optimise campaigns aligned to client goals
    • Monitor account health and identify performance issues before they become client concerns
    • Deliver actionable insights tied to business impact, not just metrics
    • Recommend creative and strategy adjustments to counter performance fatigue and sustain growth
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Lead cross‑functional coordination to meet client expectations and execute growth plans on time
    • Maintain clear escalation paths to resolve issues quickly and protect the client relationship
    • Conduct client training sessions, platform walkthroughs, and onboarding as needed
  • Operational Excellence
    • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline documentation, and reporting with full personal accountability
    • Ensure financial alignment including timely invoicing and budget tracking
    • Report accurately and consistently to regional EMEA and global leadership

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile advertising, including at least 3 years in a client‑facing growth or account management role
  • Solid working knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • Familiarity with the UK market; established relationships with key advertisers and agencies across the UK and Western EMEA are a significant advantage
  • Proven ability to build high‑touch client relationships, manage in‑person engagements, and calibrate the right frequency and depth of contact
  • Track record of independently managing and scaling commercial accounts, identifying and closing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities without hand‑holding
  • Comfortable managing the full account lifecycle in a commercially dense, competitive market
  • Willingness to travel regularly and engage clients and team members in person
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a high‑growth environment and lead growth initiatives with limited structural support
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage confidently with clients from campaign managers to C‑level executives
  • Strong collaborator across diverse, globally distributed teams
  • Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, and advertising technology is a plus
  • Fluent in English; an additional European language is an advantage

Why Join RZR in London?

  • Step into direct ownership of a commercially significant EMEA portfolio from day one: full autonomy, full accountability, and no co‑management required

  • Earn a competitive base salary plus a structured commission plan where your performance directly determines your earnings ceiling
  • Gain exposure to global advertisers, senior cross‑functional teams, and major industry events across EMEA and beyond, with regular in‑person client engagement built into the role
  • Join a small, senior team where your contributions are visible, your voice carries weight, and direct access to leadership accelerates your development
