Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior/Executive Adjuster to join our Construction and Engineering team, part of Sedgwick International. The role involves handling annual contractor policies and project‑specific policies for a wide range of nominated accounts and clients, bringing demonstrable expertise in specialist construction loss adjusting, managing material damage CAR losses, and applying strong knowledge of DSU and associated policy coverages.
Responsibilities:
- Work on annual contractor policies and project‑specific policies for nominated accounts and clients.
- Handle material damage CAR losses and apply sound technical knowledge of DSU and associated policy coverages.
- Deliver claim adjustments across a wide range of construction and engineering sectors.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the international network to manage complex losses.
- Support continued professional development, progression and exposure to major and complex losses.
Qualifications:
- Professional Status: ACILA, or working towards chartership.
- A relevant building‑related degree is preferred but not essential if you possess relevant Construction Adjusting experience.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Strong knowledge of CAR losses.
- Responsible and confident decision‑making, works well with others, and can manage own workload effectively.
