Euronext is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its Financial Derivatives team in London. The role will focus on driving the development and growth of derivatives products, with a strong emphasis on Fixed Income Derivatives and, ideally, exposure to Equity Derivatives. The development of Fixed Income derivatives is a strategic priority for Euronext, making this a high-impact and visible role within the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the product offering by leveraging Euronext’s unique value chain, built on a broad set of integrated market infrastructure assets across trading, clearing and post-trade services. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale new product capabilities from the ground up. The role requires a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving innovation and developing solutions that do not yet exist in the market. You will act as the bridge between clients, trading participants, and internal teams to define, design and deliver high-impact product innovations across trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation and development of new derivatives products, from early-stage ideation to market launch and scaling.
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap, aligned with strategic priorities and market opportunities.
  • Engage with clients, dealers and internal stakeholders to identify unmet needs, industry trends and innovation opportunities.
  • Leverage and continuously develop a strong professional network across market participants (buy-side, sell-side, intermediaries) to source insights, validate product ideas and accelerate adoption.
  • Maintain strong awareness of competitor landscape and evolving market structure in Fixed Income Derivatives and Equity Derivatives.
  • Translate client and market needs into clear product concepts, specifications and prioritised development initiatives.
  • Work closely with technology teams to design and deliver innovative solutions across trading systems (front-end, protocols, analytics and reporting).
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end product and project delivery (design, development, testing, rollout and support).
  • Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle in collaboration with legal, compliance and operations teams.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with product positioning, client presentations, demos and industry events.
  • Act as a key external representative of Euronext, actively promoting new initiatives and building market engagement.
  • Monitor product performance and client feedback to continuously refine and enhance the offering.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–10 years of experience in financial markets, with a strong focus on Fixed Income Derivatives.
  • Solid understanding of electronic trading platforms and derivatives market structure.
  • Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or technology delivery roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in building or launching new products, features or platforms.
  • Existing network within financial markets (buy-side, sell-side or market infrastructure), with demonstrated ability and motivation to maintain and grow it over time.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver complex initiatives end-to-end.
  • Strong client-facing experience and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems and make pragmatic decisions.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Equity Derivatives markets.
  • Experience with trading protocols and market connectivity.
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks impacting derivatives markets.

Profile

  • Highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and drive to build impactful products.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in an evolving environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Innovative thinker, able to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to market.
  • Commercially minded with strong client orientation.
  • Naturally well-connected, with an interest in building and leveraging relationships across the market.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working cross‑functionally.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong execution capabilities.
