What You’ll Do

  • Support the technical delivery of AI solutions for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with delivery leads and data scientists to implement customer solutions using engineering datasets such as simulation, testing, and manufacturing data.
  • Apply machine learning concepts within real engineering workflows and help customers understand and adopt AI-driven approaches to problem solving.
  • Contribute directly to the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions across multiple customer projects.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Experience with engineering development workflows involving simulation, test, or manufacturing data.
  • Experience with engineering datasets and analytical tools to investigate and solve complex technical problems.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and data-driven modeling approaches.
  • Experience learning and applying new technical platforms or analytical tools within engineering environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to deliver complex technical solutions.
  • Experience communicating technical findings to engineering stakeholders.

Preferred

  • 5+ years industry experience in automotive, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or related engineering domains.
  • Hands-on experience with physical testing data, simulation workflows, or design optimization.
  • Experience working with large engineering datasets or data-driven engineering tools.
  • Fluency in German or Spanish.
