You will translate emerging AI capabilities into real‑world value, working closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver products that are commercially impactful, user‑centric, and production‑ready within complex, regulated environments. • Own products end‑to‑end, from discovery through delivery and iteration, incorporating rapid experimentation, prototyping, and AI‑assisted development.
  • Identify, shape, and prioritise AI/GenAI/agentic/ML use cases, translating them into scalable product features and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with data science and engineering teams to bring ML models and AI systems into production, balancing performance, risk, and cost.
  • Champion responsible AI by embedding governance, explainability, and regulatory considerations into product design and lifecycle.
  • Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and AI & data fluency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in developing and delivering digital products/portfolios across B2B, B2C, or B2B2C contexts within financial services.
  • Deep knowledge in one or more of the following: retail banking, commercial banking, wealth management, asset management (across advisory, discretionary, or execution‑only models), capital markets, investment banking, insurance, or energy.
  • Proven experience building or scaling AI, data, or platform‑enabled products, including exposure to GenAI or LLM‑based applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and deliver AI‑driven use cases that create measurable impact (revenue, efficiency, engagement).
  • Strong leadership skills, including working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Track record in driving commercial impact, with experience in user adoption, value creation, and sustainable growth.
  • Experience working with data‑led or platform products.
  • Understanding of AI, GenAI, or agentic AI concepts and their product applications.
