Your Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Account Executive to join our team, focusing on our licensing business across select accounts globally in verticals leveraging predictive modeling.
- Lead licensing growth and expansion. You’ll manage a high-value portfolio of licensing partners and can establish a network that will allow you to establish new clients.
- Focus on people. You’ll work in a consultative manner to build deep relationships with licensing partners, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their business goals and market dynamics.
- Work toward ambitious goals. You’ll achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets—including revenue growth and can generate new business pipeline while closing out deals. You can qualify efficiently and effectively to help manage your pipeline consistently.
For this role, we’re currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in London. But with our flexible work policy, there aren’t any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.
Must-Haves
- Sports industry knowledge. You have a strong understanding of the football and sports licensing landscape in the global world of predictive analytics, with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder relationships.
- An excellent communicator. You work confidently with everyone from executives to end users, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Proactive and data-driven. You don’t wait for direction to reach out to partners. You monitor usage metrics and market trends and have the courage and tenacity to own the full sales cycle.
- Organised and high-volume capable. You can handle multiple conversations across different channels and accounts while maintaining a clear commitment to MEDDICC helping to qualify the opportunities at hand.
- Multilingual. English plus one other fluent language preferably Spanish, German or French and additional languages a bonus.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experienced in partnership or licensing roles. You’ve worked in sales, account management or customer success—ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Hudl product knowledge. You’re familiar with the Hudl ecosystem and can showcase the value of our analysis, scouting and data tools.
- Analytical mindset. You’re comfortable diving into metrics to identify expansion opportunities, retention risks and partner health scores.
- Connected in the market. You have a robust network across companies and projects leveraging data for predictive algorithms in sports markets.
- SaaS and CSM best practices. You understand concepts of different sales methodologies to help you maximize value for our customers.

Compensation
The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are displayed below. Typically, the total compensation will fall within the middle of the OTE band. Our compensation decisions are based on an individual’s experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices. Final compensation will depend on your performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.
- Base Salary Range: £42,000—£70,000 GBP
- On-Target Earnings: £84,000—£140,000 GBP
