As a Commissioning Engineer, you will commission security systems to relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry-leading technical knowledge. We seek engineers who can identify and rectify problems before they occur. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time-served commissioning engineer to work within a high-performing team, focusing on a geographical region.

What you will do:

  • Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Service appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and loss of unused materials.
  • Manage your time efficiently and prioritise jobs correctly.
  • Complete engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA certificates or checklists as appropriate.

What we look for:

Essential:

  • Experience within the fire and security industry.
  • Driving licence.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.

Preferred:

  • Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry (e.g., 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, FIA).
