The role:
As a CorporatePlatforms ProgrammeManager, you will help drive our goals by:
- Leading complex, multi-year technologyprogrammesacross corporate platforms including Finance, HR, Legal, EHS and Risk
- Defining programme scope, outcomes, roadmaps, governance and success measures aligned to JM strategy
- Managing delivery across multiple workstreams using a mix of agile and waterfall approaches
- Owning programme governance, risk management, dependencies and reporting to senior forums
- Overseeing budgets, forecasts and external partners to ensure value-driven delivery
- Leading and developing multidisciplinary delivery teams and driving change adoption
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-workstream IT programmes in global organisations
- Strong programme governance, planning, RAID and benefits management capability
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple corporate functions
- Commercial acumen with experience managing vendors and delivery partners
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, cybersecurity and service readiness frameworks
- Clear, confident communication and people leadership skills
