Responsibilities:
- Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements, tailoring their experience based on destination.
- Establish yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, and provide support and advice on Travelex products and services.
- Engage customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver on key performance goals: procedural, operational, and customer‑focused.
- Use keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
- Implement best‑practice legal and regulatory standards, and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.
Qualifications:
- Numerical proficiency: comfortable handling large amounts of cash and currency.
- IT proficiency: ability to use computers and in‑house systems; basic understanding preferred but training provided.
- Strong communicator: adept at talking, listening, and building relationships.
