This role supports the ongoing development and administration of share plans across Checkout.com. This includes:

  • Supporting the development and enhancement of share plans in line with business priorities and growth.
  • Assisting in preparing materials and analysis to support senior leadership on equity compensation topics.
  • Managing the day‑to‑day administration of equity plans, ensuring accuracy of records and reporting.
  • Supporting compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (including Legal, Finance, and Tax teams).
  • Supporting vendor relationships, including share plan software providers and other third parties.
  • Contributing to the delivery of operational and administrative processes, identifying opportunities for improvements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reporting metrics and analysis to support decision‑making.
  • Supporting employee communications and education initiatives related to equity programs.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in equity compensation or reward, ideally within a fast‑paced or multinational environment.
  • Experience supporting share plan administration, with some exposure to global equity programs.
  • Working knowledge of equity compensation, including basic tax, legal, and regulatory considerations.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams and levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
  • Good analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to balance operational responsibilities with project‑based work.
  • Experience with share plan systems or HR systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus.
