About The Role

The Regional Practice Manager is a strategic and operational leader within FTI Consulting’s Construction, Projects & Assets (CP&A) practice. The role acts as a thought partner to regional leadership, translating strategy into execution, driving priority initiatives, and ensuring the effective operation and growth of the practice across EMEA.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy & Execution: Partner with EMEA Regional Leadership and Global CP&A leadership to shape the regional strategic agenda and translate priorities into executable initiatives. Independently scope, plan, and deliver regional initiatives (e.g., business planning, operating rhythm, people programs, marketing and thought leadership execution). Manage complex, cross-country initiatives with clear milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Business Planning & Commercial Management: Own and coordinate the regional business planning process – annual planning, forecasts, priority initiatives. Track and analyse commercial performance including pipeline, pursuits, sold work, and utilisation. Produce high-quality Excel‑based analysis and PowerPoint materials for leadership decision‑making. Work closely with EMEA Resourcing and EMEA FLC Pricing leads.
  • People & Talent Agenda: Support development and execution of the regional people plan, including recruitment, staffing, affiliation and engagement initiatives. Coordinate closely with HR and Regional Leaders to support talent development and practice growth.
  • Marketing, Content & External Presence: Partner with FLC and CP&A Marketing to plan and execute regional thought leadership, newsletters, events and external visibility (e.g., SATT events). Own regional CP&A content across internal platforms and external channels (e.g., website, FTI Perspectives). Liaise with industry platforms, associations and sector initiatives as required.
  • Stakeholder & Leadership Management: Operate confidently with Senior Managing Directors and Managing Directors across the region, along with the regional ELT. Facilitate leadership meetings, drive agendas, track actions, and ensure accountability. Influence without authority in a complex matrix environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement improvements to regional operating processes. Act as a connector across global, regional, and functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
