This role sits within our Global Marketing team and is responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth in the UK&I region. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns — from idea through to execution and optimisation. While leveraging global programs, you’ll also create regionally-led campaigns that respond to local market needs. You’ll work closely with Sales, global teams, and partners in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where marketing is expected to deliver real commercial impact.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and support revenue growth
- Develop and launch region-specific campaigns based on local market needs and priorities
- Execute digital, content, and event marketing activities across the full customer journey
- Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and opportunity progression
- Track campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data and insights
Essential requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or construction industries
- Proven experience creating and executing demand generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing automation platforms
- Experience working closely with Sales in a commercially driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable results
