We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Advisor to join our friendly Jewson branch in Redruth.
Responsibilities
- Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values.
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
- Perform general administration tasks.
- Use our in‑house systems to process customer orders and payments, organise delivery times, update customer accounts and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Keep the branch looking clean and tidy to create a great first impression.
- Maintain stock levels and carry out regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
Working Hours
Full‑time role working Monday-Friday 07:30‑17:00, and every other Saturday 08:00‑12:00.
