Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Coordinator – Criminal Justice to join the North Yorkshire Horizons team in Harrogate.
You will manage a diverse caseload, coordinating recovery planning from assessment through to sustained recovery, working with Probation, Courts and partner agencies to reduce substance-related harm and support reintegration.
You will deliver psychosocial interventions, safeguard and assess risks, and help clients access housing, employment and healthcare.
