ICON is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented and hardworking Project Manager with a deep understanding of IRT and/or IT System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes to progress and support IRT system activities from award to closeout.

Responsibilities
  • You will build relationships both internally and externally, driving IRT activities across multiple studies to stay within timeline and budget.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage timelines, provide input into requirement designs, control budget, proactively communicate to key stakeholders including sponsors, identify risks and create appropriate action plans.
  • Provide detailed oversight of all activities such as data changes and system updates during the maintenance phase.
  • Be a critical thinker and strong negotiator, capable of effectively communicating with clients and balancing multiple priorities.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience in Clinical Research or IRT services.
  • Minimum of 4+ years Project Management experience.
  • Must be fluent in Microsoft products and software.
  • Ability to travel at least 10%.
  • Potential work‑from‑home opportunities based upon experience.
