ICON is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented and hardworking Project Manager with a deep understanding of IRT and/or IT System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes to progress and support IRT system activities from award to closeout.
Responsibilities- You will build relationships both internally and externally, driving IRT activities across multiple studies to stay within timeline and budget.
- Facilitate meetings, manage timelines, provide input into requirement designs, control budget, proactively communicate to key stakeholders including sponsors, identify risks and create appropriate action plans.
- Provide detailed oversight of all activities such as data changes and system updates during the maintenance phase.
- Be a critical thinker and strong negotiator, capable of effectively communicating with clients and balancing multiple priorities.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience in Clinical Research or IRT services.
- Minimum of 4+ years Project Management experience.
- Must be fluent in Microsoft products and software.
- Ability to travel at least 10%.
- Potential work‑from‑home opportunities based upon experience.
