As a Portfolio Manager within our Interactive Response Technology (IRT) group, you will have overall ownership of a portfolio of high‑complexity, high‑value studies, with full accountability for client relationships, service delivery, and high‑quality outcomes. You will build strong, long‑term client partnerships, drive repeat business, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Interactive Technologies division. In addition to delivery, you will lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and junior team members, fostering strong performance, capability development, and a positive team culture. This role requires confident judgement, adaptability, and the ability to both support and appropriately challenge Project Managers to achieve their best. Success will depend on close collaboration with fellow Portfolio Managers and cross‑functional teams to create a cohesive, high‑performing environment that consistently delivers results.

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • Strong understanding of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems and their application within clinical trials.
  • Solid knowledge of clinical trial processes and study protocols.
  • Good understanding of the financial management aspects of clinical studies.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in IRT Project Management, with a minimum of 5 years’ operating at a senior PM level.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management and client relationship ownership.
  • Ability to travel (approximately 25%) domestic and/or international.
