Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Reliability Engineer to own the equipment reliability strategy across R&D units and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, production, quality and EHS teams. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, coach others, and lead improvements to boost availability and reduce costs.
You will work on reliability analyses, CAPEX input, and audits, applying DMAIC to deliver measurable enhancements while promoting safety and manufacturing best practices.
