We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver first‑class service to properties covering Rainham and surrounding areas.
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, property MOTs related to specialist trades and secondary trades.
- Complete work efficiently and within required deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Reliable, experienced trade operative.
- Skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring.
- Good customer care skills.
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only).
- Eligibility to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales for duration of employment.
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.

- London Weighting Allowance of £125 per month.
