About the Role and the Team
The Global Fashion team is one of eBay’s key verticals, generating more than $10 billion in Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV). Our focus spans key categories such as apparel, sneakers, watches, handbags, and jewelry. The Project Coordinator, Strategic Growth Initiatives (Europe) will support the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives across the European region. Reporting into the Regional AG & CBT Lead, you will work closely with them and our key cross‑functional partners, helping to translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, governance, and day‑to‑day progress tracking. This person will play a critical role in keeping initiatives moving forward by ensuring strong coordination across teams, maintaining visibility on milestones and risks, and supporting effective communication across regional and global stakeholders. The role sits at the center of multiple workstreams and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
What you will accomplish:
- Coordinate the execution of priority strategic growth initiatives across Europe, ensuring clear plans, milestones, owners, and timelines are in place.
- Support program governance and operating rhythms, including meeting cadences, status updates, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with regional and global teams across Strategy, Operations, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to maintain alignment and momentum across initiatives.
- Track progress against key deliverables, identify dependencies and risks early, and escalate issues in a timely and structured way.
- Prepare high‑quality materials to support decision‑making, including project updates, executive summaries, and cross‑functional readouts.
- Help maintain transparency across multiple workstreams by consolidating updates, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow‑through on actions.
- Support rollout readiness for new initiatives by coordinating inputs from local markets and helping teams stay aligned on scope and timing.
- Act as a reliable point of coordination for European stakeholders, helping bridge strategic intent with operational delivery.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity across complex or fast‑moving workstreams.
- A structured and detail‑oriented approach, paired with the ability to stay focused on the bigger picture.
