As a Production Technician, you will manufacture life‑saving pharmaceuticals, including antibiotics and chemotherapy. You will support all aspects of cleanroom production, ensuring strict compliance with our Manufacturing License and Quality Systems.

Training & Development

  • Full Training Provided: No prior pharmaceutical experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, step‑by‑step training on all equipment, safety protocols, and compounding processes.
  • Formal Sign-Off: You will receive full technical sign‑off as you master each process, helping you safely build a long‑term career in pharmaceuticals.

What We Offer

  • Starting Salary: £26,436.80 per annum.
  • Shift Allowance: £45.35 per week.
  • Hours: Mon–Fri rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 and 13:00–21:00). Note: Flexibility is required to work standard day shifts during your initial training period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing: Prepare, compound, and inspect pharmaceutical products following SOPs.
  • Labelling & Dispensing: Label all products according to exact specifications.
  • Cleanroom Operations: Maintain isolator inventory and validate aseptic techniques.
  • Sanitisation: Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards.
  • Monitoring: Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning.
  • Environment: Comfortable working on your feet while wearing specialized cleanroom PPE/gowns.

What You Need (Requirements)

  • GMP Knowledge: Essential understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (or equivalent hygiene/safety standards from other industries).
  • Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Skills: High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Values: A strong sense of compassion, understanding our products go directly to vulnerable patients.

Transferable Backgrounds Welcome
