This is a high‑impact, senior IC role. You will define product vision, set the roadmap, and lead cross‑functional execution with engineering, operations, business, and local market teams across London and Beijing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for international supply chain products supporting Joybuy’s European operations.
  • Align product priorities with broader business goals and market expansion plans.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements definition through design, development, launch, and continuous iteration.
  • Write clear PRDs, define success metrics, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead product initiatives across one or more of the following domains: cross‑border inventory management, warehouse management systems (WMS), order fulfilment and allocation, last‑mile delivery integration, returns and reverse logistics, carrier management, and supply chain visibility.
  • Dive deep into supply chain operations and business scenarios, work with local fulfilment teams, merchants, logistics partners, and customer service to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Translate operational insights into product improvements that drive efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and track key product metrics (fulfilment SLA, cost per order, inventory turnover, on‑time delivery rate, return rate, etc.).
  • Use data to prioritise, measure impact, and drive continuous optimisation.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, supply chain operations, merchant operations, and local market teams across London and Beijing to drive alignment and execution excellence.
  • Ensure supply chain product capabilities are adapted to European market requirements, including local logistics partner integration, customs and tax compliance, regulations (e.g., GPSR), and region‑specific customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or fulfilment‑related product roles.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, experience with WMS, OMS, TMS, inventory management, or last‑mile delivery systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional product initiatives from concept to launch at scale.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, comfortable with SQL, A/B testing, and quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate a matrix organisation across multiple time zones.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications (P9+ Differentiators)

  • Experience in cross‑border e‑commerce supply chains, global logistics, or international marketplace fulfilment.
  • Experience working in or with European logistics ecosystems carriers, 3PLs, last‑mile networks.
  • Experience with supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory optimisation systems.
  • Experience building platform‑level products that serve multiple internal or external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior leadership.
  • Experience hiring, mentoring, or informally leading other product managers.
  • Chinese language ability is strongly preferred for cross‑team collaboration with Beijing HQ.
