The Role - Principal Enterprise Account Executive:
Unmind is transforming workplace mental health, and we’re looking for an exceptional commercial leader to drive our largest and most complex enterprise deals. This is a true top-tier enterprise sales role, selling directly to some of the largest organisations on the planet — including global brands like Disney, Uber and Standard Chartered — and closing seven-figure, board-level partnerships.
You’ll operate as a trusted C-suite advisor, with rare access to CHROs and executive teams at the very top of the market, and work alongside Unmind’s most senior commercial leaders to close some of the biggest enterprise agreements in our history.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and Boards as a strategic advisor, shaping executive-level business cases grounded in financial and organisational impact.
- Originate, develop and close net-new enterprise opportunities, including global, multi-year agreements with some of the world’s most recognisable companies.
- Lead highly complex sales cycles across multiple buying committees, geographies and functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Risk).
- Apply value-based, outcome-driven selling to close $1M–$5M+ ARR deals, with experience across $10M+ total contract value.
- Influence Unmind’s enterprise go-to-market approach, mentoring senior sellers and raising the bar for how we win at the very top of the enterprise market.
This role is for a proven enterprise closer who thrives in ambiguity, brings sharp commercial judgement, and wants to sell a genuinely meaningful, Tech-for-Good product — shaping the future of workplace mental health at the highest level.
About You:
In the spirit of equity and continuous growth, we invite you to remove education from your CV. Qualifications are not a factor in our decision-making. However, some experience in the following is important for this position:
- Has proven success selling to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders in complex, enterprise B2B environments.
- Brings 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with clear evidence of:
- Demonstrates exceptional business and financial acumen — able to speak credibly about ROI, operating models, productivity, risk, and enterprise transformation.
- Is a hypothesis-led, consultative seller who challenges customer thinking and shapes strategy, rather than responding to RFPs or feature requests.
- Has deep mastery of complex sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling) — and knows when to bend the rules.
- Is highly experienced working with broker networks, benefit consultants, and strategic partners to influence large enterprise buying decisions.
- Excels at multi-threading and executive storytelling, tailoring narratives for HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and the C-suite.
- Operates with autonomy, judgement, and ownership — comfortable making high-impact decisions with limited oversight.
- Is motivated by mission as well as mastery, and inspired by the opportunity to improve mental health outcomes at scale while building a category-defining company.
This role is not about running deals handed to you. It is about creating demand at the highest levels, influencing how enterprises think, and closing the kinds of agreements that materially change the trajectory of a company.
Tip for candidates: If you’re unsure whether to apply – do. We know great people don’t always tick every box.
