The Opportunity
Adobe is seeking a strategic leader with deep experience in the creative industries to drive adoption and long‑term preference for Adobe creative and generative AI workflows across top design‑focused higher education programmes through faculty partnerships, curriculum integration, and industry workflow alignment.
What You’ll Do
- Academic & Executive Relationships: Build trusted relationships with faculty, chairs, and deans and advise on curriculum modernisation, generative AI adoption, and industry‑aligned creative workflows.
- Design Workflow & Curriculum: Translate real‑world and forward‑facing workflows into course and assignment recommendations that you deliver to faculty.
- Generative AI Leadership: Guide responsible adoption of generative AI in design and film programmes and educate faculty and students on use cases, authorship, and ethical considerations.
- Adoption Programmes: Design and scale faculty programmes, course pilots, portfolio initiatives, and industry‑connected capstones that drive product adoption.
- Training Programmes: Enable and lead a team of training partners on top creative and AI workflows.
- Community & Evangelist Ecosystem: Develop advocates across faculty, industry practitioners, and creative technologists to scale reach and impact of our platform through trusted voices and peer‑led adoption.
