The Multi Analytics Pricing Manager will manage a team of analysts whose aim is to find interesting information, segments and details about our multi‑product and multi‑policy households. They will work closely with our modelling, deployment and commercial teams to turn that into actionable ideas for other teams to put into deployment.
What We Are Looking For
- Analytically focused – leveraging our data to find opportunities to drive value.
- Commercially aware – ability to view how any changes would affect customers.
- Managing intelligence from discovery to live, collaborating with our colleagues across the business.
- Insurance experience highly desirable (ideally Multi Product and/or Multi Policy brokerage), as well as understanding of PCW market.
- Management and training of junior members of the team.
- Needs to be articulate, a good communicator and have strong stakeholder management skills.
- Technically: SQL essential, Python strong preference, Earnix nice to have.
