What We're Looking For
- Operate and maintain supplies manufacturing machines and equipment while adhering to all quality and safety standards.
- Perform packing, wristband, or pre-press functions and operate associated machinery.
- Follow work order instructions and perform labeling requirements.
- Perform quality tests per ISO procedures.
- Comply with all required safety practices and use of PPE.
- Resolve a variety of simple problems of limited complexity by following highly detailed instructions or procedures.
- Receive direct supervision for routine work, new projects or assignments.
- Very limited requirement for decision making role. Any decisions have limited impact on team effectiveness.
- Work reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.
- Able to work effectively with others and adhere to Zebra Leadership Behaviors.
- Accept direction and instructions from supervisor.
Qualifications

Incentive Compensation
