You’ll work with established leaders including stakeholders and key external partners, learning how to amplify organizational voice while staying authentic to individual leadership perspectives. This is a role where you’ll develop strategic thinking about how visibility drives business growth, understand the mechanics of media and social influence, and build skills that bridge internal stakeholder management with external brand positioning.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prepare speaker discussion guides, briefing documents, and follow-up communications.
  • Create, schedule and post original content through senior leaders’ channels.

  • Ghostwrite opinion pieces and thought leadership content for senior leaders, aligned with their voice.
  • Deliver a level of consistency of Interbrand and personal tone of voice, creative execution and style.
  • Identify suitable speaking engagements for leaders and manage speaker logistics and briefing.
  • Collaborate on panel speaker outreach and negotiation.
  • Act as point of contact for external PR partner, managing incoming media opportunities and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

  • Keep track of all ongoing PR and communications initiatives each week.
  • Collaborate on press releases and media kits.
  • Track and share press mentions and featured articles internally.
  • Monitor and report on performance of press and social media activity.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: Background in PR, communications, marketing or related fields. You may be transitioning from a related discipline or bringing experience from agency, in-house or media backgrounds. Familiarity with the media landscape, social platforms, and understanding of metrics and analytics is valuable.
  • Craft: You understand how visibility and positioning drive business outcomes. You think beyond the immediate ask to spot opportunities and identify what’s next. You can connect a post, a press mention or a speaking slot to bigger strategic goals.
  • Collaboration: You’re comfortable working with senior leaders and external partners. You listen carefully to understand what they need, communicate with clarity and confidence, and coordinate across teams without creating friction. You manage multiple moving parts without dropping details.
  • Commerciality: You establish cultures of engagement. You report findings to the business and suggest evolutions to strategy. You’re comfortable keeping track of multiple initiatives and can identify where improvements add tangible benefits.
  • Communication: You care about how messages land. You understand tone of voice, can adapt content for different audiences and platforms, and know the difference between authentic and forced. Your written communication is sharp.
  • Ownership: You take responsibility for what you commit to and deliver it on time and to a high standard. You take initiative, spot trends and suggest improvements. You’re curious about how media, social and speaking opportunities connect to business growth and bring ideas to the table.
