We’re seeking a Director of Global Post Trade Solutions to be a part of our Pre Sales Team within our International business, based in London and focusing on EMEA.

You will have the opportunity to help increase sales of Global Technology and Operations (GTO) products and service offerings, specifically in Broadridge’s Post Trade Suite. The Pre Sales Team within Broadridge for International business is to provide subject matter expertise on our solutions and services in a Sales Support and Business Development capacity. Pre Sales Director for Global Post Trade (GPT) – International - serves as a consultative solutions and services specialist to Sales Directors in the region. The primary responsibility is to provide functional & business support, including assessing customer needs with a consultative approach, creating custom presentations and product demonstrations based on the needs identified, and generally supporting the sales process with prospects and clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients, prospects, partners, and the industry at large to understand their needs, enhance their experience of Broadridge’s Global Post Trade Solutions.
  • Primarily provide comprehensive understanding of Global Post Trade and its eco‑system through presentations, technical explanations, and documentation.
  • Engage with Sales, Product, Strategy, Marketing, and other leaders to understand and effectively communicate the value of our solutions and services to clients facing associates, clients, and the industry at large.
  • Own the RFP/RFI process by coordinating responses and ensuring cogent executive summaries (Internal and external).
  • Maintain sales support material to represent the solution offering to the client.
  • Maintain sales questionnaires to collect, categorize and provide key drivers/metrics for the creation of business cases for new sales opportunities.
  • Work with delivery team to document scope and mutual assumptions for contracting the offering and the implementation.
  • Work alongside the sales directors in identifying prospective new clients and in assisting the qualification process.
  • Work with marketing and product to design and execute on campaigns (including lead gen).
  • Establish domain expertise and credibility with customers on best practices.
  • Work with Broadridge’s existing partners and help to identify additional complementary technologies that would add value to the Global Post Trade solutions suite.
  • Conduct business trips as required for both sales meetings and other business development activities such as seminars, trade shows and industry events as appropriate.
  • Continually assess and conduct market awareness reviews and feedback to the Business Unit on trends and potential opportunities.
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good experience of financial industry, specifically in Back Office solutions.
  • Experience working with Sales, Account Management, Product and Technology teams.
  • An awareness of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • An awareness of SaaS capabilities (IBM, AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
  • Collaboration skills including working in complex matrix organizations.

Applicants for this role should note that the role requires significant presence in London is a hybrid role with 3 days’ attendance in the office expected. Please note we are not offering relocation assistance for this role.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills including independent client facing presentations and scope capture.
  • Early design and planning of onboarding project.
  • Sales / Business Development experience in the financial services technology industry or industry experience from working within financial institutions.
  • Ability to initiate, develop and maintain relationships and can represent Broadridge at a senior level, both internally and externally.
  • The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under tight deadlines.
  • Technically capable to define, configure and demonstrate solutions.
  • Ability to travel to meet clients and prospects.

Functional specific expectations

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of end to end post‑trade processing across multiple asset classes: trade capture & enrichment, confirmation, netting, settlement management, position management, reconciliations, corporate actions processing, custody and accounting.
  • Understand operational flows and market infrastructures (e.g. CSDs, CCPs, custodians, SWIFT messaging, ISO 15022 & 20022 updates) for major markets in EMEA, and how Broadridge solutions support these processes.
  • Explain to clients how Broadridge technology achieves straight through real‑time processing, exception management and regulatory compliance (e.g. T+1 settlement, fails prediction, CSDR penalties, MiFID / SFTR reporting, digital asset settlement readiness).
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to build business case narratives that quantify operational and financial benefits including cost reduction, risk mitigation, regulatory confidence, and service resilience for client and prospect engagements.
  • Work with the Product Management organization to translate client and market feedback into enhancement proposals and strategic roadmap inputs.
  • Prepare tailored demonstrations that show the functional capabilities of Broadridge Post‑Trade Solutions and how they optimize our client’s STP operational processing.
  • Additionally to demonstrate integration with upstream trading systems and downstream custodial or accounting platforms.
  • Serve as the internal knowledge reference for post trade innovations and trends (automation, cloud deployment, AI‑based exception processing and workflow analytics).
