Responsibilities:
- Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing.
- Implements (international) governmental safety regulations together with lower operational management.
- Translates strategic HSE performance and sustainability targets into operational tasks for sites managed.
- Evaluates accident investigation and develops improvement measures to minimize occurrences.
- Ensures compliance to guidelines and recommendations for accident prevention.
- Ensures safety audit requirements are met.
- Conducts the HSE training programs for the managed site.
- Develops action plan and measures together with Local Management Team to ensure HSE compliance on-site.
