Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to manage day-to-day shift operations at our South Kirkby, Wakefield site.
Salary up to £50,000 per annum.
Shifts are 4 on 4 off, days 6am-6pm and nights 6pm-6am.
You will lead a maintenance team, ensure compliance with HSE guidelines, and coordinate with engineering support to maintain plant integrity and availability.
Responsibilities include lifting safety culture, producing risk assessments, and maintaining KPI targets.
